What stays on your PC

Raw full-match VOD recordings, short clips and local review files are stored on your device by default. TarpMind does not automatically upload raw gameplay through its normal learning pipeline.

Service data

To operate accounts and subscriptions, TarpMind may process your email/account identifier, subscription status, registered-device fingerprint hash, app version, session health and access-control information. Finished VOD reviews may sync compact metrics such as review counts, confidence bands, action categories, placements and improvement statistics; these metrics do not contain the raw VOD.

AI improvement

Contribution of tactical state vectors to model learning is opt-in. Contributed states are numeric or structured observations rather than raw gameplay video. User feedback is reviewed and does not directly overwrite the production coach.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. TarpMind does not receive or store full card details.

Retention

Local VOD retention follows the retention setting you choose. Service records are retained as needed for account, billing, fraud prevention, model evaluation, security and legal obligations.

Your choices

You can disable AI training contribution, delete local recordings, sign out and stop using the service. Where applicable, you may also request access to, correction of or deletion of your service data through TarpMind account support.
